About Steven- I grew up in Fort Worth and attended Boswell High School.  After graduation I attended Stephen F. Austin State University where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.  I enjoy home remodeling, repairs, and traveling and camping with friends and family. 
Duties- At Acme Fence I am responsible for the smooth execution of all residential fence projects from estimates to final completion of the project.  I bid and manage smaller commercial projects.  I make drone flights at our larger commercial projects to document with photographs the new installations at ball fields and other athletic complexes.
Goals- I feel at home with the Acme Fence family and enjoy providing excellent customer service to all our project customers, vendors, contractors and suppliers.  I hope one day to start a successful business of my own, start a family and own some land.

About Michael- I grew up in Justin, Texas, attended Northwest High School in Justin and graduated from Midwestern University in Wichita Falls.  I live in Rhome, Texas with my wife, Whitney, and my daughter, Grace.  I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as hunting, and am an avid grill and smoker enthusiast.  With 8 years of project management experience, I have developed excellent time management and social skills.  I enjoy working with others and developing working relationships with Acme Fence customers.
Duties- I take care of Commercial and Industrial estimating and project management.  I seek out and submit bids on projects that are in line with Acme Fence’s Commercial business, and handle ordering the materials, coordinating schedules and installation with our General and Sub-Contractors of the project.
Goals- To grow personally and professionally within Acme Fence as well as provide all I can to help Acme Fence to grow and prosper.

About John- I was born in Atlanta Georgia and moved to Godley Texas as a child where I graduated from Godley High School and then attended college at Tarleton State. My experience in construction started with Iowa Bridge and Culvert, then later started a small iron business building and installing fences for local fence companies. This is where I began working with Acme Fence and met my wife, Robyn. We have since been working together for over 27 years, building one of the most respected and valued companies in our industry. In my off time I enjoy traveling, golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time at our Port Aransas home with our kids, granddaughter, family and friends. 

Duties- I bid Commercial projects, Sports Facilities, from backstops, netting, Champion Wall, Diamond Wall, R-Panel, tennis courts, tracks. Collaborating directly with contractors, installers, and suppliers overseeing projects aspects from start to finish. Manage and lead project teams to ensure they are competing on time and within budget.

Goals- My goals for Acme Fence Services are to continue the excellent reputation we have achieved with customers. I want to continue delivering the highest quality work we have always been committed to, and am eager to continue developing my skills and taking on greater challenges.


About Jorge- I grew up in Woodward, OK and graduated from Woodward High School.  I now live in Crowley, TX with my wife and children.  I love spending time with my family.  My favorite past time is fishing.  Before coming to Acme Fence, I worked for a concrete company.  I am also a skilled mechanic.

Duties- My duties include maintaining the inventory of suppliers and material, preparing job orders to meet installation schedules. Inspect work in progress. Responsible for communicating site rules regarding safety procedures.

Goals- My career goal is to continue to learn and grow with Acme Fence and to one day become a subcontractor for Acme Fence and run my own installer crew.

About Roger- I grew up in Lexington, MO and graduated from Lexington High School.  I now live in Crowley, TX, with my wife and children.  I love spending time with my family and enjoy the farm life in Mexico working horses and growing my own food.  I enjoy working on cars and building things like fences, houses and patios.  I find it very satisfying to admire a finished project that I have worked on.  Before coming to Acme Fence, I worked for a concrete company.  I am also a skilled mechanic and iron fabricator.  I consider myself to be a Jack of all trades.

Duties-   My duties include overseeing daily operations of upcoming projects or projects in progress, ensuring that work is completed on time, to quality standards, and in compliance with regulations. Providing materials, and equipment, needed per project.  Work closely with Project Managers to provide feedback on direct reports. 

Goals- My career goal is to continue to be my best-self asset to Acme Fence, to contribute wherever I am needed and to continue to run a highly productive crew.  My personal goal is to complete my house that I am building in Mexico, move my family there and ultimately start a small business there.

About Lisa- I was born in Columbus, Ohio, raised in Benton, Arkansas and Baton Rough, Louisiana.  Moved to Fort Worth in 1995.  Raised my children as a single mother, successfully completed my Associated Degree in Applied Science.  I worked as a Project Manager for Nokia Mobile Phones for 13 years. I ran a small business, managed a few wine tasting rooms, and handled accounts payables for a major Ft. Worth law firm.  I then came to work for Acme Fence as office manager.  When not working I enjoy playing fetch with my lab, spending time with my family and 7 grandchildren, cooking and trying new foods, attending concerts and live music, traveling and playing strategy games with friends.
Duties- As office manager I take care of accounts payable and accounts receivable, scheduling residential sales appointments, facilitate payroll and contractor installer project draws, incoming phone calls, purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment and other general office support and duties.
Goals- I enjoy promoting a friendly and happy work environment and helping myself and others to achieve excellence.  Support Acme Fence in continuing an outstanding reputation of excellence with customers, vendors and contractors.
